Who are we?
The Business Rally organises company competitions built around padel, team spirit and business connections. The Business Rally is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 88957454.

What data do we process?
When a spot is requested, we process the company name, name, email address, phone number, selected language and any information included in the message. We also process information voluntarily provided during later contact about participation.
How do we use the data?
We use personal data to respond to requests, contact companies about participation, organise The Business Rally and manage agreements and administration relating to participating companies.
Processing is based on taking steps before entering into an agreement, performing an agreement, complying with a legal obligation or pursuing a legitimate business interest.
How long do we keep data?
Information from a request that does not lead to participation is kept for no more than twelve months after the last contact. Information forming part of an agreement or financial records is kept for as long as needed to perform the agreement and meet legal requirements.
Privacy rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of personal data. You may also object to processing. To exercise these rights, email info@thebusinessrally.nl.
Anyone who believes their personal data is not being handled carefully may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Security and cookies
We take appropriate measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The website does not use marketing or analytics cookies. Technically necessary cookies may be used to ensure that the website functions correctly.
